Gary William Cunha, Attorney and Counselor at Law is a graduate of Baylor University School of Law with a doctor of jurisprudence degree. He is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice law in the state courts of Texas and also by the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas federal courts. He is the 1998 Justice Norvell Memorial Award winner and the 2004 Republican nominee for District Judge of the 74th District Court.

Mr. Cunha's grandfather, Edward Cunha was a 1908 graduate of Stanford University school of law and had a distinguished career as a criminal prosecutor before entering private law practice until his death in 1954.
